Is Over-Filling a Scuba Cylinder a Bad Thing? #scuba #askmark

Hi Mark. Thanks for all the tips and tricks! Question about PSI in scuba cylinders. Most shops fill AL-80s past 3000 psi as well as HP tanks over 3442. Is that ok, or should I empty the tanks down to their respective psi post fill? #askmark
